Wizards End will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Wizards End, its employeesor agents.
AVAILABILITY OF STOCK
We endeavour to keep adequate stock of all items displayed on our site, however there may be times when we are waiting for stock to be replenished. For any item which cannot be delivered to you within 28 days of accepting your order, we will contact you by email to advise the expected delivery date. You areable to cancel your order if the suggested delivery date is unacceptable.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. Measurements given are approximate. Colour may vary in accordance the settings of your monitor, software, or printer. As some items are hand-made from natural materials there will be slight variationsfrom item to item.
PRICES
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and we reserve the right to adjust as necessary due to market trends.
DELIVERY
Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail Signature required service. Goods should reach you between 3-5 working days of an order being placed. Wizards End cannot accept liability for any postal strikes or delivery delays that can occur. Please note that a signature is required for all deliveries. If you have ordered more than one item we will endeavour to despatch all items at the same time. If there is a delay with some items, we will notify you. You may request separate delivery of items (but will incur a delivery charge for each delivery).
RETURNS
Goods returned must be in original condition, in original packing, unworn and fit for resale.If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Wizards End, will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. If you require an exchange, please place a new order online.

DAMAGED GOODS
You must check all goods on delivery. If your goods are damaged or faulty you must notify us at sales@wizardsend.com of the exact damage or fault within 3 days of delivery and keep all packaging.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 days of our receiving your return. We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.Any goods that are proven to be faulty a full refund will be credited to you.

All intellectual property of Wizards End such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Wizards End By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Wizards End and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, orexploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
